Police are responding to two-vehicle crash on the Northwestern Motorway (SH 16) near Grey Lynn this afternoon, reported at 2.42pm.
One person has been injured and is being transported to hospital in a serious, but not life threatening condition.
Two citybound lanes are currently blocked, and motorists are advised to expect delays and to avoid the area if possible.
