Police are responding to a crash involving two vehicles on Pakowhai Road at Tomoana this afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted about 12.35pm.
Initial indications suggest one person has serious injuries, one has moderate injuries, and two others have minor injuries.
Traffic management is in place and motorists should avoid the area.
