Emergency services are responding to a single-vehicle collision on Mount Cook Road, Ben Ohau, Mackenzie District.
Police were called about 12.05pm.
Initial reports indicate there are serious injuries and the Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
