Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal two-car crash that occurred on 1 June at about 6pm on State Highway 14, near the intersection of Otuhi Road, Wheki Valley, near Whangārei.
Police would like any witnesses of the crash, or driving prior to the crash, or anyone with dash camera footage to come forward and assist the ongoing investigation.
