Police can confirm the names of the two people who died following a single-vehicle crash on Tahuna Road, Ohinewai on Sunday 30 April.
The crash was reported about 12.50pm.
Sadly, two people died at the scene.
They were Tony Wade, 51, and Mitchell Heappey, 26, both of Hamilton.
Police extend our sincere condolences to their family and friends at this difficult time.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
