The northbound lane on the Wainuiomata hill is blocked following a serious crash this morning, and motorists are advised to expect delays.
The single-vehicle crash happened shortly afer 5am and two people have been transported to hospital in serious condition.
The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance and the cause of the crash will be investigated.
