Police are in attendance at a serious crash in Auckland’s CBD.
The crash occurred just after 3.30pm near the intersection of Queen Street and Customs Street East.
Initial indications are that a driver has suffered a medical event before colliding with two other vehicles.
The driver has received medical assistance at the scene and will be transported to Auckland City Hospital in a serious condition.
No other injuries are being reported from the scene and part of the road is closed.
The Serious Crash Unit will examine the scene.
Police are advising people to avoid the area if at all possible.
