Police can now release the name of the woman who died as a result of a two-vehicle crash on SH1, Pohuehue on 3 February 2021.
She was Carol Joy Farquharson, 73, of Warkworth.
Police extend their sympathies to her family and friends at this time.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
