Emergency services are in attendance following a crash in Eden Terrace this afternoon.
Police received reports regarding a two vehicle crash at the intersection of New North Road and Mount Eden Road at about 12.10pm.
One vehicle has also struck a building.
At this stage one person is reported to have received minor injuries.
The intersection is partially blocked while emergency services respond and the building has been evacuated as a precaution.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area until the scene has been cleared or expect delays.
Enquiries remain ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
