Emergency services are at the scene of a serious two-vehicle crash on SH1, Kaiwaka, between Greenway and Mountain Roads.
Police were called about 9.20am.
Initial indications are there are serious injuries.
The road will be closed, with diversions in place.
Motorists should please avoid the area if possible, or expect delays.
