Police are responding to reports of a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian on Ongaonga Road, Waipawa, Central Hawkes Bay.
Emergency services responded around 9:45am.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The road is blocked and diversions are in place at the intersections of Ongaonga Road, State Highway 2, and Lindsay Road.
