Emergency services are currently responding to a house fire on Morrinsville Road, Hamilton, between Cambridge Road and Mullane Street.
Police were notified of the fire at 12.25pm and are providing assistance with traffic management.
There are road closures in place and motorists are asked to follow the directions of police officers and other emergency services staff.
