Emergency services are responding to a serious crash on the Southern Motorway near the Ramarama on-ramp.
Two vehicles are reported to have collided, and one has gone through the median barrier around 8.30pm.
At this stage there is no confirmed information regarding injuries.
Most of the northbound and southbound lanes are blocked and motorists are asked to expect delays take alternative routes where possible.
