Acting Detective Inspector Andrew Saunders will be available to speak to media tomorrow in relation to the warrant to arrest Tom Phillips.
Media are asked to arrive at 9:45 for a 10am press conference at the Hamilton Central Police Station, 12 Anzac Parade, Hamilton.
