Emergency services are responding to a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 59, Pukerua Bay this morning.
Police were called about 10am after a vehicle crashed into a powerpole.
Initial reports suggest one person is in a moderate condition.
The road is currently closed due to powerlines and diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
