Emergency services are responding to a vehicle collision at the intersection of Wanganui Road and Gowers Road, Turakina.
The crash was reported about 2.05pm.
Initial reports suggest one person is in a serious condition and one person is in a moderate condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The road is currently closed and diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
