Hawke’s Bay Police have arrested two people following an arson of a residential property in Bay View.
The fire occurred on Grey Street at about 2.25pm on 2 March.
A 33-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man were arrested yesterday and charged with arson.
They will both be appearing the Napier District Court. The man appeared in court today and the woman is due to appear on 15 March.
The house was substantially damaged however there were no injuries to the occupants.
