Seatoun Tunnel closed due to fallen tree

The Seatoun Tunnel in Wellington has been closed until further notice, due to the risk of a tree falling on to the road.

Police were notified at 12.40pm today that a large tree had come down and was posing a potential risk to motorists.

Motorists are asked to use alternative routes.
