Murder charge laid following man’s death in hospital

Police have arrested a man as part of a homicide investigation underway in Rosehill.

Today, Police have arrested a 26-year-old as part of the investigation. He has been charged with the murder of Jashandeep Singh, aged 29, who was allegedly assaulted on 15 May 2022.

The man charged is due to appear in the Manukau District Court tomorrow, 29 June.

Police are unable to comment further as the matter is now before the Court.
