Police are now able to confirm the name of the man that died in a crash on SH6 Kaituna on Monday 20 June.
He was 57-year-old Daniel Michael Kim Bouchet of Lower Hutt.
Police would like to extend our condolences to his family.
An investigation into the crash in ongoing.
