  • Section 261(6A) of the Companies Act 1993 on 1 charge for failing to comply with the liquidator’s notice given under section 261(1)-(3) of the Companies Act 1993 to attend at the offices of the liquidator for the purposes of examination.
  • Section 240(1)(b) & 241(a) of the Crimes Act 1961 on 4 charges for obtaining by deception.
