Police are advising motorists of traffic delays at the Avalon and Mangaharakeke Drive Bypass.
The northbound lanes are experiencing severe delays, following an earlier crash involving a truck.
No one is reported to have been injured.
The northbound lanes remain open, however traffic is reported to be heavy.
Both lanes will be closed later this evening to allow for the truck to be lifted and removed.
Police would like to thank motorists for their patience.
