Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on South Road, Pihama, South Taranaki.
The crash, involving a truck, occurred at about 1:50pm, near Oeo Stream Bridge.
Initial indications are that one person has serious injuries.
The road is closed and diversions are in place.
