An expert consenting panel has approved a mixed-use residential, retail, and commercial development on Auckland’s Dominion Road.
The application is for land-use consent and subdivision consent for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site at 360 Dominion Road, 88 Prospect Terrace and 113 Grange Road in Mt Eden.
The redevelopment will include a supermarket, retail, commercial and residential units, parking and associated works.
The applicants, Pudong Housing Development Company Ltd, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd, and Silk Road Management Ltd applied for land-use and subdivision consents.
The EPA is not involved in the decision-making. We provide advice and administrative support for the Panel Convener, Judge Newhook, and the expert consenting panels he appoints.
