Police can now name the person killed in a crash on Sumner Road on 13 September.
He was Keegan Paul Sullivan, aged 20, from Christchurch.
Our thoughts are with Keegan’s family and loved ones at this time.
Keegan’s family have asked for privacy as they grieve and respectfully request that media not attempt to contact them.
