Police investigating an aggravated robbery at a Michael Hill jewellery store over the weekend are appealing to the public for help.

Police were called to the store at West City Mall shortly after 6pm on Saturday following reports two males entered the store and took a large amount of jewellery, along with a number of other items including bags and other personal belongings.

The offenders then fled the scene in a vehicle, which was located nearby a short time later.

Police have been making a number of enquiries to help identify and locate those responsible, including reviewing CCTV footage and speaking with a number of people.

Police are determined to identify and locate those responsible and hold them to account.

We are now releasing CCTV images to help identify two people we believe can assist us with our enquiries.

Two males were pictured wearing distinctive clothing, one in a black hoodie with a logo design and the other in a grey jacket wearing yellow gloves.

Anyone who recognises these men is urged to do the right thing and contact Police on 105 quoting file number 210703/3744. You can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
