Police are responding to a serious crash on Rangiotu Road, Bainesse, Manawatu District.
The crash is reported to have occurred around 6.15pm and involved two vehicles.
The road is closed and diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
Serious Crash Unit have been notified.
