Police can now name the man who died following a single-vehicle crash on SH2 north of Matawai on Sunday 31 January 2021.
He was Vincent Lucien Lalonde, aged 81 years, of Gisborne.
Police extend their condolences to Mr Lalonde’s family and friends.
