Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is advising that maintenance works will be underway at Mohaka Bridge on State Highway 5 starting on Monday 9 November.
The work is part of regular maintenance of the bridge and is expected to be completed by Friday 20 November.
While the work is underway one lane will be closed to traffic, with stop/go management and a temporary speed restriction of 30km/h in place.
Waka Kotahi advises motorists to expect delays during this time and to plan ahead.
