Police are at the scene of a serious crash in Herne Bay this morning.
Emergency services were called to West End Road at 6.25am, following reports of a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist.
Initial indications are one person has critical injuries.
West End Road is closed between Jervois Road and Fife Street.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
