HANGZHOU, CHINA – Media OutReach Newswire – 23 September 2026 – Alibaba Cloud, a leading global provider of AI infrastructure and the intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group, today announced its latest global infrastructure expansion plan at the 2026 Apsara Conference, alongside a series of new AI capabilities designed to help enterprises build, deploy and scale AI applications more efficiently. The technology company has also announced its comprehensive collaboration with global enterprises including Panasonic Digital, Unity China, Lion Parcel, Loomi Entertainment Group and SHAKE to accelerate enterprise innovation via its advanced AI and cloud technologies.

Over the next 12 months, Alibaba Cloud will establish its first cloud regions in Türkiye, Finland and the Netherlands, while expanding its data center footprint in Malaysia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, France and Hong Kong. The expansion will further increase Alibaba Cloud’s global computing capacity and strengthen its ability to provide localized cloud and AI services to customers across key markets. The cloud leader currently operates 107 availability zones in 31 regions around the world.

“As Alibaba Cloud has advanced from AI-native infrastructure to an Agent-Native Cloud architecture, AI is also moving rapidly from experimentation to real-world deployment, creating demand for both scalable infrastructure and more accessible AI capabilities,” said Dr. Feifei Li, Chief Technology Officer and President of International Business of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence. “We are expanding our global cloud footprint to bring computing resources closer to customers and partners, while continuing to evolve our AI technologies to help enterprises deploy models, optimize multi-model workloads and create new AI-powered applications. At the same time, our growing ecosystem of customers and partners demonstrates how these capabilities can translate into tangible business value across industries and markets. We are committed to working closely with our global ecosystem to make AI more scalable, practical and accessible for businesses.”

At the conference, Alibaba Cloud launched three new AI solutions to help international businesses build and scale production-grade applications. Smart Studio, an out-of-the-box product designed to help businesses build dedicated Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platforms in minutes. It provides everything needed to package, price, meter, and bill model APIs under their own brand. Its advanced inference architecture delivers up to 505% higher throughput than standard open-source frameworks on the same hardware.

Smart Fusion serves as an intelligent engine that helps users and businesses achieve state-of-the-art model performance at low cost through a unified standard model API. The engine supports multi-model collaboration within one task, selecting the best-suited available models to work together by analyzing real-time dimensions. By abstracting multi-model deployment into a single endpoint, it can help reduce token spending by around 50%.

Smart Video is an AI video agent designed for short-drama studios and advertisers to automatically create videos up to one hour long. With a single prompt, creators can turn an idea into a finished cut, while continuously refining it through natural language. The platform supports multiple video models, including Wan, and offers seamless support for more than 20 languages.

Turning AI Innovation into Real-World Impact

Alibaba’s cloud and AI technologies are helping customers and partners across industries address diverse business needs, from digital transformation and enterprise applications to logistics, gaming and AI-powered content creation. Through collaborations with enterprises including Panasonic Digital, Unity China, Lion Parcel, Loomi Entertainment Group and SHAKE, Alibaba Cloud is enabling businesses to enhance efficiency, accelerate innovation and explore new opportunities with cloud and AI.

Panasonic Digital (Shanghai) has partnered with Alibaba Cloud to accelerate its comprehensive digital and AI transformation. Leveraging Alibaba Cloud’s Bailian (Model Studio) to securely access the Qwen models, alongside advanced data management tools like DataWorks, MaxCompute, and Hologres, Panasonic has built a custom capability hub that powers specialized AI agents across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
This collaboration has delivered significant operational benefits. It has achieved an 80% reduction in documentation time through automated meeting minutes, a 10-fold increase in contract review efficiency using the “Smart Compare” agent, and enhanced data-driven decision-making by empowering non-technical staff to perform complex inventory analyses using natural language—all while ensuring strict data security and compliance through Alibaba Cloud’s robust governance features.

“We are very grateful for our strategic collaboration with Alibaba Cloud, which has been instrumental in accelerating Panasonic Digital’s enterprise-wide AI transformation. By seamlessly integrating their world-class AI models and robust data infrastructure into our operations, we have successfully moved beyond isolated IT optimizations to build a highly scalable, secure, and unified intelligence platform,” said Yueming Li, Head of GenAI Innovation & Workforce, Panasonic Digital (Shanghai).

Unity China, a leading game engine and real-time 3D development platform that operates the Tuanjie Engine, has leveraged Alibaba Cloud’s Model Studio to deploy Qwen and third-party foundation models for Tuanjie AI-Codely, its AI-native engineering platform. Unity is a leading game engine and real-time 3D development platform. The platform streamlines production-scale game development by automating mission-critical workflows, including code comprehension, real-time editing, and debugging, while supporting cross-team collaboration.
“Game development is becoming increasingly complex, and our goal with Tuanjie AI is to remove technical friction so creators can focus on innovation and gameplay,” said Junbo Zhang, CEO of Unity China. “Alibaba Cloud’s Model Studio and the Qwen model family provide the performance, flexibility, and low latency our developers require. By integrating these advanced AI capabilities directly into the development pipeline, we are enabling studios to debug, iterate, and bring ambitious game projects to life faster than ever before.”

Lion Parcel, a leading Indonesian logistics and delivery provider, has leveraged Alibaba’s Qwen model to improve its finance and document processing workflows. To eliminate time-consuming and error-prone manual data transcription, Lion Parcel deployed the Qwen-VL-Plus model through Alibaba’s Model Studio platform to automate routine workflows. Supported by Alibaba Cloud’s fully managed platform and predictable pay-per-token pricing, Lion Parcel has significantly accelerated processing efficiency, maximized data accuracy, and established a centralized digital repository that boosts overall business scalability.
“Alibaba Cloud’s OCR solution powered by Qwen helped us accelerate Document Order processing in Finance. It’s improving accuracy while saving both time and operational costs,” said Probosetyo Krishna, Head of IT, Lion Parcel.

Loomi Entertainment Group (LEG), a Malaysia-based entertainment company, has partnered with Alibaba Cloud to accelerate the adoption of AI-generated content (AIGC) among creators and businesses in Malaysia and the wider region. LEG has integrated Alibaba ‘s visual generation models, including Wan and HappyHorse through Model Studio, into Imaginary, its proprietary cinematic AI engine. The integration enables high-quality video and visual generation, streamlines content production workflows, and helps reduce production costs. Additionally, the two companies have hosted two AIGC hackathons and trained more than 100 local content creators through online and offline workshops, providing creators with practical exposure to the latest generative AI tools and applications. Alibaba Cloud and LEG are also exploring the use of Wan in Loomi’s micro-drama production pipeline, alongside joint go-to-market initiatives and talent development programmes.
“Alibaba Cloud’s advanced AI models give creators new ways to turn ideas into engaging content more efficiently. Through this partnership, we look forward to bringing AIGC capabilities to more creators in Malaysia and the wider region, while exploring new possibilities for AI-powered content production,” said Ivan Tan, CTO of Loomi Entertainment Group.

SHAKE, a pioneer in agentic resource planning (ARP) for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), is leveraging Alibaba Cloud’s powerful compute resources and Qwen models to expand its services across APAC markets. Through this partnership, SHAKE is building a proprietary AI model based on Qwen to deliver highly optimized ARP solutions. Additionally, SHAKE’s ARP services will be featured on the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, supporting SMBs across industries to seamlessly transition into and thrive in the agentic era.
“By fusing SHAKE’s pioneer expertise in Agentic Resource Planning with Alibaba Cloud’s world-class compute infrastructure and cutting-edge Qwen models, we are unlocking unprecedented value for our customers. This collaboration serves as a powerful catalyst for our regional growth across APAC and marks a monumental milestone in our journey. Together, we are accelerating our vision to empower SMBs with the intelligent tools they need to thrive and scale in the agentic era,” said Sean Hinton, CEO of SHAKE.

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced a strategic agreement with Alibaba Cloud to integrate Qwen, a family of large language and multimodal AI models developed by Alibaba, into AnyLive, AnyMind Group’s AI-powered live commerce platform. The integration is designed to improve how AnyLive understands customer questions and delivers accurate, contextually relevant responses in real time. Qwen will be added as one of the models within AnyLive’s multi-model AI architecture, utilized and delivered through lifelike AI avatars. Its language understanding capabilities will help AnyLive better interpret customer intent, including conversational or ambiguous questions, and generate more natural and relevant responses across Asian languages.
Akinori Kubo, Managing Director, Global E-Commerce, AnyMind Group, said: “The quality of a live commerce experience depends on how well brands understand customers and respond to their needs in the moment. Adding Qwen to AnyLive’s multi-model stack will strengthen intent analysis and response accuracy across Asian languages, helping brands create live rooms where customers feel understood and can make more informed purchase decisions.”

Over 4,000 high-impact B2B meetings scheduled to connect local exporters with top global buyers

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 23 September 2026 – The 22nd Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS) opens today at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. The showcase commences with its signature International Sourcing Programme (INSP), facilitating over 4,000 scheduled pre-arranged meetings between Malaysian exporters and international buyers from 58 economies.

The INSP will once again serve as the primary growth driver, leveraging high-intensity B2B matchings to convert pre-vetted, high-intent global buyers into immediate export orders for Malaysian businesses. Demonstrating strong international demand, this year’s programme brings together around 450 buyers, including 50 premium buyers.

Participating buyers represent a balanced mix of traditional and non-traditional markets, highlighting the INSP’s global footprint. First-time participating economies, including Comoros and Rwanda, are tapping directly into Malaysia’s established Halal ecosystem to source high-quality products and services. As the global Halal market scales toward USD10 trillion by 2030, the INSP offers local exporters the strategic foothold needed to capture premium market share.

In terms of regional turnout, Northeast Asia and ASEAN anchor the buyer contingents, closely followed by expanding representation from Africa as a key non-traditional growth market. This broad multi-regional footprint underscores the widespread international demand for Malaysian Halal products and reinforces our standing as the premier global Halal hub.

“The INSP represents the core engine and ‘soul’ of MIHAS. With international buyers actively seeking high-quality Malaysian Halal products and services, our local SMEs must take full advantage of this platform. This strategic initiative has always served as a direct catalyst for local businesses, unlocking their access to high-value global trade networks and driving sustainable, long-term export growth”, stated Dato’ Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican, Chairman of MATRADE.

“The commercial calibre of these buyers directly advances Malaysia’s export diversification. With premium buyers representing nearly RM700 billion in combined annual revenue, procurement spans beyond standard F&B into specialised ingredients, biotechnology, Islamic finance, logistics, and education, driving our shift toward services-led exports and deeper global supply chain integration”, he added.

The physical International Sourcing Programme (INSP) takes place today, 23 September 2026, at MITEC, alongside the virtual INSP component running from 1 April to 30 November 2026. Beyond the on-site B2B sessions, up to 150 international virtual buyers will participate remotely to conduct business with local exporters. Visitor registration remains open via the official MIHAS 2026 portal at https://register.mihas.com.my/visitor/register

The most in-demand roles are data and AI roles, at 64%, followed by front-office roles, at 56%, cybersecurity roles, at 44%, software and cloud roles, at 43%, including positions such as software and cloud engineers and project and programme management roles, at 41%.

“Workforce decisions have never been more complex, making access to reliable and defensible data essential for organisations,” said Belinda Armenta, Head of Talent Data Solutions, Asia Pacific, Aon. “With AI accelerating change across industries, organisations are seeking deeper intelligence beyond historical benchmarks. Insights into compensation trends, workforce movements and talent risks enable leaders to make more informed decisions, helping them attract, retain and plan for the talent they need.”

6. Targeted checks highlight opportunities to lift safety in joinery sector

September 23, 2026

Source: Worksafe New Zealand

A recent WorkSafe initiative has found many joinery businesses could benefit from improving how they manage machine safety, workplace health risks, and hazardous substances.

The insights come from proactive visits to more than 600 wood product manufacturing businesses between January and March this year, including over 100 joinery workshops, most of them small to medium-sized.

Manufacturing remains one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s highest harm sectors. It accounts for the highest rate and number of injuries with more than a week off work, with around 200 injuries each year involving machinery.

WorkSafe’s assessments focused on the critical risks most likely to cause serious harm: machine safety, exposure to wood dust, fumes and chemicals, and hazardous substances management.

More than 85 percent of joinery businesses that were assessed by WorkSafe inspectors received guidance and practical support to strengthen their health and safety practices.

Project lead Savio Valladares says the most common areas needing improvement were machine safety, hazardous substances management, and local exhaust ventilation.

However, he emphasises that practical improvements are within reach.

“Making work safer starts with the basics – good training and worker engagement, effective supervision, properly guarded and maintained machinery, and controlling dust and fumes,” he says.

Managing the risks of exposure to wood dust was a consistent issue. Among the businesses assessed, common gaps included poor housekeeping, limited training, and incorrect selection or use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Overall, 56 percent had PPE-related issues.

“Exposure to wood dust can have serious long-term health effects,” says Savio Valladares. “Simple steps like choosing the right respirator and making sure it fits properly can make a big difference.”

Hazardous substances management also stood out, with 60% of businesses needing improvement. In many cases, basic information such as safety data sheets or inventories were missing.

WorkSafe’s Hazardous Substances Principal Advisor Susan Collier says these gaps can leave workers exposed to both immediate and long-term harm.

“The consequences of not properly managing hazardous substances can be immediate – people can be overwhelmed by toxic gases and burned by spills. But what’s more common is that people may be exposed but they don’t feel the effects until many years later.”

She says there are ways of working with these substances that ensure worker safety – and a good starting point is the safety data sheets which businesses can get from their suppliers.

“We also have a Hazardous Substances Calculator available online. And if you input your data it’ll spit out a controls report specific to your business, to help with safe storage and management. It’s really useful and businesses don’t have to navigate this alone.”

That’s a sentiment that’s echoed by Savio Valladares: “Our inspectors have a lot of knowledge and information available, which can help ensure workplaces are safer and better for everyone.”

“Another thing that can really help is looking inside your business – good worker engagement can help identify and address some of these problems. It really is at the heart of what we do and can be a really valuable tool for businesses.”

Businesses can find guidance on managing manufacturing risks on the WorkSafe website.

From shutdown to turnaround – an example of WorkSafe intervention

When WorkSafe inspector Mike McConnell arrived at a small joinery business for a routine visit, the situation was serious.

Dust coated almost every surface. Offcuts surrounded machinery, creating trip and fire risks. Dust extraction units were running but not connected.

“They were just sucking air,” he says. “Electrical risks were visible. A worker was operating alone in the workshop, breathing in fine wood dust.

“It was the worst place I’d ever seen.”

Work couldn’t continue. A prohibition notice, a legal direction that stops work immediately when there’s serious risk of harm, was issued.

For the owner, who asked to remain anonymous, it was confronting but fair. “I knew it had got too bad,” he says. “It needed to be cleaned up.”

What followed was a focused turnaround. With support from WorkSafe, the workshop closed for a week. The space was thoroughly cleaned, extraction systems repaired, electrical risks addressed, and housekeeping rebuilt.

Just as importantly, the focus shifted to worker health. The owner learned more about wood dust risks, arranged health monitoring, and made sure proper personal protective equipment was available. “I didn’t realise how much the evidence had changed over the years,” he says. “You’ve got to take it seriously now.”

The prohibition notice still hangs on the wall as a conversation starter.

“I’ve heard people dismiss WorkSafe and its inspectors in the past, but in my experience, they’ve provided really useful advice – they’re able to look at my workshop with a fresh set of eyes and point out risks that I don’t see.

“WorkSafe are welcome to come into my workshop – their advice could save my, or someone else’s, arm or a leg. Why would you want to avoid that?”

For WorkSafe’s Mike McConnell the visit reinforces what the job is all about: “This was the best result, a huge improvement in health and safety without anyone having to suffer an injury first.

“Everyone worked together to ensure the business got back up and running as quickly as possible. It’s satisfying when we can work closely with others to help them identify and address hazards before someone gets hurt.”

In the field of cancer diagnosis, HKSH actively introduces innovative technologies and promotes clinical research to support the most accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment planning, where nuclear medicine is an indispensable medical specialty in modern cancer diagnosis and treatment. To further expand its technological capabilities, HKSH Cancer Centre has introduced Hong Kong’s first long axial total-body PET/CT system, developed by United Imaging Healthcare (United Imaging). The system enables highly sensitive whole-body dynamic imaging combining low radiation exposure, efficiency and high precision. In a single imaging examination, it can accurately track small early-stage cancer lesions and hidden metastatic cancer cells throughout the body, significantly enhancing diagnostic effectiveness and helping physicians formulate targeted precision treatment plans.

Mr. Wyman LI, Governor of The Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation, Chief Operating Officer of HKSH Medical Group and Director of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital (2nd left), Mr. BAO Jun, President of United Imaging Healthcare (2nd right), Mr. XIA Jusong, President of International Business at United Imaging Healthcare (right), and Dr. Garrett HO, Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine and PET at HKSH (left), officiated at the launch ceremony of Hong Kong’s first total-body PET/CT system.

Mr. Wyman LI, Governor of The Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation, Chief Operating Officer of HKSH Medical Group and Director of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, Mr. BAO Jun, President of United Imaging Healthcare, Mr. XIA Jusong, President of International Business at United Imaging Healthcare, and Dr. Garrett HO, Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine and PET at HKSH, officiated today at the launch ceremony for Hong Kong’s first long-axial total-body PET/CT system. The ceremony marks the strengthened collaboration between HKSH and United Imaging, further advancing innovation in medical imaging technology and the development of higher clinical diagnostic standards across Greater China.

Mr. Wyman LI, Governor of The Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation, Chief Operating Officer of HKSH Medical Group and Director of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, said, “Precision cancer care is at the core of HKSH’s development, while advanced diagnostic imaging is an indispensable component of precision medicine. HKSH established Asia’s first clinical PET centre in 1999. Today, HKSH operates 5 medical cyclotrons and 3 radiopharmacy laboratories capable of producing more than 30 types of positron-emitting tracers and isotope-based medicines, making it one of the few cancer centres in the region with comprehensive nuclear medicine services.”

With high expectations for the collaboration between HKSH and United Imaging in advancing nuclear medicine imaging, Mr. Wyman LI added, “Last year, HKSH and United Imaging entered into a strategic collaboration, through which HKSH helps optimise the application of United Imaging’s CT systems with its extensive clinical experience. This year, we are deepening our collaboration by introducing Hong Kong’s first total-body PET/CT system. The system overcomes the limitations of conventional scanning and helps detect early and hidden cancer lesions. This new generation of PET/CT scanners enable further integration of HKSH’s extensive clinical experience with United Imaging’s advanced research and development capabilities. Together, we aim to provide safer, more efficient and personalised cancer diagnosis and treatment for patients in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Looking ahead, we will continue to promote innovation in medical imaging and establish new standards for precision medicine.”

Mr. Jun BAO, President of United Imaging Healthcare, said, “United Imaging has always believed that the value of medical imaging innovation lies in addressing real clinical needs and creating meaningful value for patients. Looking ahead, we look forward to working with HKSH to bring advanced molecular imaging technologies to more patients in Hong Kong.”

The United Imaging uMI Panorama GS total-body PET/CT system’s most significant breakthrough is its 148-centimetre ultra-long axial field of view. It enables the brain, heart, lungs, liver and other major organs to be imaged simultaneously in a single scan, overcoming the limitations of conventional PET systems, which generally provide a local scanning range of only 15 to 30 centimetres.

A single imaging examination can capture near-full-body images seamlessly, eliminating the need for patients to undergo multiple local scans and subsequent image stitching to track hidden metastatic lesions. The expanded detection range increases system sensitivity by up to 25 times. Its enhanced photon-detection capability allows the dose of injected tracer to be reduced, significantly lowering radiation exposure and providing a safer imaging exam option for radiation-sensitive patients, including paediatric patients. At the same time, high-definition dynamic imaging enables clinical teams to monitor tracer distribution, uptake and metabolic trajectory in real time. Combined with artificial intelligence-based denoising technology, the system further enhances cancer diagnostic performance. All these advantages together with much improved electronics and algorithms contribute to the capability of tracer dynamic studies. The addition of a time variable can resolve different phases of tracer interaction with the target organ or tumours.

Mr. Jusong XIA, President of International Business at United Imaging Healthcare, said, “Working with leading healthcare institutions around the world is an important part of United Imaging’s international development. The introduction of Hong Kong’s first long-axial PET/CT at HKSH reflects the deep integration of United Imaging’s technological innovation with Hong Kong’s clinical expertise, and demonstrates how advanced imaging technologies can be better integrated into different healthcare systems and clinical practice.”

Advanced Hardware Combined with “Dual-Tracer Tracking” Reveals the Full Picture of Cancer

Accurate identification of cancer cells requires a high degree of integration of hardware and radiotracers. Although total-body PET/CT offers powerful detection capabilities, tracers are essential for guiding the imaging process. Conventional examinations may have limitations because different types of cancer cells at different stages have significantly different metabolic and receptor characteristics. As a result, using a single tracer may not reveal the full picture of cancerous lesions. In particular, some early-stage cancer cells may show limited uptake of conventional tracers, leading to less comprehensive examination results.

HKSH’s Department of Nuclear Medicine and PET is Asia’s first clinical PET centre with onsite cyclotron and radiopharmacy laboratory to produce radiotracers. Head of the Department Dr. Garrett HO, said, “HKSH’s nuclear medicine services are patient-centred. Our team has long established a clinical standard based on ‘dual-tracer tracking’. HKSH was the world’s first medical institute to use the complementary tracers of ¹¹C-acetate and 18F-FDG to overcome the diagnostic challenge of low glucose uptake in early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma1, renal cell carcinoma2 and myeloma3,4. This enables effective detection of cancer cells from the early stage through to the intermediate and advanced stages. Today, our centre offers a range of tracers targeting the characteristics of different tumours. Combined with advanced imaging equipment, these technologies can clearly capture the full picture in a single imaging examination, whether it involves tiny early-stage primary lesions or hidden metastatic cancer cells throughout the body. This provides an important basis for clinicians to formulate precision treatment plans.”

The launch of total-body PET/CT system is expected to further advance nuclear medicine technology in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. It also marks a new milestone in the collaboration between HKSH and United Imaging, building on a strong foundation of cooperation. Looking ahead, HKSH will continue to play a leading role by combining the strengths of both parties to provide patients with more accurate and efficient cancer diagnosis.

JustCo brings its premium flexible workspace experience to Bangkok’s emerging Ratchada–Huai Khwang–Rama 9 business corridor with the launch of JustCo Jubilee Prestige Tower on 30 September 2026

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutReach Newswire – 23 September 2026 – JustCo Holdings Limited (“JustCo” or the “Company“, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group“), a leading Singapore-grown flexible workspace operator with an extensive Asia Pacific network, today announced a new opening in Bangkok. As Bangkok’s business landscape continues to evolve, competition among office buildings is increasingly being shaped by more than location alone. Businesses are placing greater emphasis on building quality, workplace standards and the convenience, comfort and overall experience they can offer their employees.

JustCo brings its premium flexible workspace experience to Bangkok’s emerging Ratchada–Huai Khwang–Rama 9 business corridor with the launch of JustCo Jubilee Prestige Tower on 30 September 2026

Recognising this shift, JustCo is making its first move beyond Bangkok’s traditional CBD with the launch of JustCo Jubilee Prestige Tower in Huai Khwang on 30 September 2026.

Located on the 24th floor of Jubilee Prestige Tower, approximately 200 metres from MRT Huai Khwang, the new 1,199 sqm centre places JustCo at the heart of the rapidly developing Ratchada–Huai Khwang–Rama 9 corridor. The area is emerging as a well-connected business destination for companies seeking a high-quality alternative to established office districts such as Silom, Sathorn and Rama4.

Its move into Huai Khwang reflects the company’s continued commitment to expanding its network into high-potential business districts where demand for premium flexible workspace is growing.

Raising the Bar for Flexible Workspace in Huai Khwang

For businesses moving into emerging districts, flexibility should not mean compromising on workplace quality.

According to Knight Frank, non-CBD locations are increasingly driving Bangkok’s office market, with the Phetchaburi–Rama 9–Ratchada corridor recording the highest office occupancy among non-CBD submarkets at 83% in Q1 2026. The trend reflects growing demand for high-quality office buildings outside the traditional CBD, particularly where accessibility and employee convenience remain strong.

As more companies establish a presence in the area, businesses are looking for higher-quality offices, stronger professional environments, elevated employee experiences, and greater flexibility. Jubilee Prestige Tower is positioned to meet these changing expectations by bringing workspace, hospitality, and lifestyle together into one integrated destination.

“Bangkok is evolving, and so is where businesses choose to work. We see strong potential in Huai Khwang, Ratchada and Rama 9, where demand for quality office space is growing,” said Mr. Kong Wan Long, Chief Commercial Officer, JustCo. “With Jubilee Prestige Tower, we are bringing the JustCo experience to a new business community — combining a strategic location, premium design, professional service and the flexibility to support businesses as they grow. We are raising the standard for flexible workspace in this part of Bangkok.”

Developed by Asset World Corporation (AWC), Thailand’s leading developer of integrated lifestyle destinations, the building redefines the traditional office experience by extending the Co-living concept from The Empire Tower into a single destination where work, hospitality, and lifestyle meet. It stands as the only office on Ratchadapisek Road offering tenants access to 5-star hotel services and exclusive privileges.

Completing this workplace ecosystem, JustCo provides a full spectrum of flexible office solutions, ranging from standard fitted spaces and semi-fitted units to fully furnished, move-in-ready offices. This allows companies of all sizes, from growing teams to full-floor occupiers, to scale seamlessly within a single destination.

Where Thai Heritage Meets the Modern Workplace

In collaboration with Asset World Corporation (AWC), JustCo’s workspace at Jubilee Prestige Tower has been thoughtfully designed to reflect both modern workplace needs and Thailand’s rich cultural identity.

The centre’s interior draws inspiration from Thai textiles and traditional craftsmanship, reinterpreted through a contemporary workplace aesthetic. The result is a distinctive setting that honors local heritage while delivering the sophisticated, hospitality-inspired experience JustCo is known for across Asia.

The centre offers a full suite of flexible solutions, including private offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, phone booths and collaborative zones. Members enjoy the signature service standards of a fully managed JustCo space, alongside access to an expansive network spanning 14 key cities across Asia.

This new Huai Khwang location is in line with the Group’s expansion plan as stated in its recent IPO plans when it listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard earlier this year. As at June 2026, the Group has 57 operational centres, with a further 21 in the committed pipeline.

Pre-Leasing Now Open Ahead of 30 September Launch

JustCo Jubilee Prestige Tower opens on 30 September 2026, with pre-leasing and special introductory rates now available.
