Police can now release the name of the man who died following a motorcycle crash in Kaitaia on 12 December.
He was Marcus Tepania, 31, of Kaitaia.
Our thoughts are with his friends and whānau at this time.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
