Motorists travelling eastbound on State Highway 2 through the Hauraki area are advised to expect delays while emergency services respond to a crash.
The crash involving two vehicles was reported at around 1.15pm. The eastbound lane towards the Coromandel is blocked.
Initial indications are that several people have been injured.
