Police are responding to a single vehicle crash which has collided with a power pole on Wakefield-Kohatu Highway, near Hoult Valley Road West.
Police responded to the crash around 7am.
It appears one person is in a moderate to serious condition and one person is in a minor condition.
The Road is blocked and diversions are in place, motorists are advised to take the alternate route.
