Police are responding to a two vehicle crash involving two trucks on State Highway 2, near Te Māhanga and Horonui Roads, Poukawa.
The crash was reported around 12:20pm.
The Commercial Vehicle Safety Team (CVST) have been advised.
The road is blocked, and motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
