Police would like to correct the surname of one of the women named as deceased in a fatal crash in Eltham on Wednesday 31 January.
Her name was Claire Gatenby, rather than Claire Te Hiwi as originally stated.
Police apologises for the error and asks that media please edit stories to reflect this.
