Police are responding to a two vehicle crash on Oropi Road near State Highway 29A, Greerton.
The crash was reported around 1:40pm.
Initial indications suggest at least one person is in a moderate to serious condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The road is closed and diversions will be put in place.
