Police are responding to a three vehicle crash, involving two motorbikes on Matapihi Road, near Bayfair Drive, Mount Maunganui.
The crash was reported around 6:20pm.
Two people are being transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The road is blocked and motorists are advised to expect delays.
