Police are responding to a crash involving a single vehicle on Great North Road, Western Springs, which was reported around 10.09am.
One person has been transported to hospital in a serious condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
A section of Great North Road near Motions Road is blocked and diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and take the alternate route.
