Police are responding to a two vehicle crash involving a motorbike on Number 2 Line, Okoia, near Okoia Road, Whanganui District.
The crash was reported around 8:50am.
It appears one person is in a serious condition and one person is in a moderate condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The Road is blocked and diversions are in place, motorists are advised to expect delays.
