The Southwestern Motorway on-ramp, Onehunga is operating to one lane after a two-vehicle crash.
At around 11.55am, Police were called after a truck rolled and struck a van near Gloucester Park.
At this stage there are no reports of injury.
The on-ramp is currently operating to one lane while the scene is cleared.
Motorists are advised to expect delays or avoid the area.
