Police are responding to a two vehicle crash involving a motorbike on Whakatiki Street near McLeod Street, Upper Hutt.
The crash was reported around 7:50am.
One person is in a serious condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
The road is blocked and diversions are in place.
