Emergency services are attending a serious crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Whangarata Road, Tuakau.
Police were called about 5.45pm.
One person is reported to be in a critical condition.
The road is closed, with diversions in place, and the Serious Crash Unit will examine the scene.
Please avoid the area if possible.
