Police are appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed a serious crash that occurred this evening on Allanton-Waihola Road.
The two-vehicle crash occurred around 5:15pm, the road has now reopened.
Two people were seriously injured and taken to hospital.
Police would like to thank the first responding members of the public who provided excellent care at the scene.
If anyone witnessed the crash or has CCTV or dashcam footage of the crash, Police would like to hear from you.
