Emergency services are responding to a serious crash in Waimauku this morning.
The single-vehicle crash, on State Highway 16 near McPike Road, was reported to Police around 6.22am.
Initial indications suggest one person has received critical injuries.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
Diversions are currently in place and Police advise motorists to avoid the area or delay travel where possible.
