Media are invited to attend an announcement about changes to the Police dog vehicle fleet in Hamilton at 2pm, on Monday April 3.

Both Inspector Brian Yanko, Manager for the NZ Police Fleet Service Group, and Inspector Todd Southall, National Coordinator: Police Dogs, will be available to answer questions about the launch of the 206kW Škoda Superb Station Wagon.

Media have the opportunity to film the new vehicle, two current operational dog vehicles, and an early predecessor – an original EH Holden dog van, which was retired in the 1970s.

Media are asked to RSVP to media@police.govt.nz
