Appeal for witnesses following fatal crash, Cable Street

Police investigating the fatal crash on Cable Street early on Sunday morning are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The crash occurred at the corner of Jervois Quay and Cable Street about 2.10am on Sunday 26 March.

Two people died at the scene, and three others were transported to hospital with injuries.

Officers investigating the matter are asking to hear from anyone who might have seen the incident unfold, who has not yet spoken to us.

Additionally we want to hear from anyone who might have video footage, including dashcam footage from any vehicles travelling in the area at that time that may have captured the incident.
