Emergency services are responding to a two-vehicle crash on Main Street, Gore.
Police were notified of the crash at about 5.40pm.
Initial indications suggest one person has sustained serious injuries.
Three others have sustained minor injuries.
The southbound lane of Main Street is currently closed.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are underway.
