Emergency services responded to a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 1, Lichfield, on the night of Wedensday 22 February.
The crash occurred at about 9.30pm.
Sadly, one person died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit attended the scene.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
