One person has been found dead following a fire at a Creswick Terrace, Northland property this morning.
Police were called to assist Fire and Emergency at the scene about 7.40am.
Police and Fire and Emergency will make enquiries into the circumstances of the fire.
The death will be referred to the Coroner.
